Tracking an order

Tracking details are emailed to you once your order is dispatched. Tracking can take up to 24–48 hours to become active in the courier’s system.

You can also view your orders in your account. If tracking has stalled or your parcel is overdue, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and delivery postcode.
