Secure Fermentation and Heating
The fermentation barrel is convenient to use. A unidirectional exhaust valve releases gases produced during fermentation, reducing internal pressure. The thickened stainless steel bottom is compatible with various heating methods like wood fire, gas stoves, and gas stoves. The temperature gauge on the lid displays Celsius and Fahrenheit temperatures, facilitating temperature monitoring during distillation.
Cooling with Water Pump
The cooling barrel features an open coil cooling system with stainless steel corrugated coils, ensuring durability and effective condensation of steam. Combined with a water pump, it facilitates cooling water circulation, enhancing efficiency and saving cooling water. It's recommended to place cold water and plenty of ice in a large capacity bucket for faster cooling rates and to avoid frequent water changes.
Secure Sealing
Silicone leak-proof plug is added at the corrugated pipe joints to prevent leaks of water vapor, reducing the risk of burns and other injuries. Use a wrench to securely tighten connections during assembly. The fermentation barrel lid features four fixed sealing latches with built-in seals, ensuring hygiene and optimal fermentation results.
