We want you to be happy with your purchase. This page explains how returns and refunds work at Ozbuyz Store. It sits alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which always apply.
Change of mind
You can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a change of mind. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and in resaleable condition. Change-of-mind return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping costs may not be refunded.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within a reasonable time and we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law. Please keep photos of any damage and the packaging where possible, as this helps us resolve claims quickly.
How to start a return
- Email support@ozbuyzstore.com.au with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will confirm whether the item is eligible and provide return instructions.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will process any refund or replacement.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the funds to appear after the refund is processed.
Items that may not be returnable
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items such as personal care, intimate products and certain consumables may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns unless faulty. Any exclusions will be noted where relevant.
