Where do you deliver?

We deliver Australia-wide through our local warehouse and carrier network. Delivery times can vary by postcode and by where the product ships from.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within a few business days, though some items take longer depending on location and stock. Delivery times shown on the site are estimates only. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Are your products brand new?

Yes. All products are brand new unless the listing clearly states otherwise.

Do products come with a warranty?

Most products include a 12-month warranty. Selected mattresses carry up to 5 years and selected furniture and appliances up to 3 years, where stated on the product page. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.

Can I return an item?

Yes. We offer 14-day change-of-mind returns on eligible items in original, unused condition. Faulty or incorrect items are covered under Australian Consumer Law. See our Returns and Refunds page for details.
