Warranty Information

Most products sold by Ozbuyz Store include a warranty against manufacturing faults. This is in addition to the guarantees you are entitled to under Australian Consumer Law.

Standard warranty

Unless a different period is stated on the product page, products include a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. Selected items carry longer cover:

Eligible mattresses: up to 5 years, where stated.
Eligible furniture and appliances: up to 3 years, where stated.

What the warranty covers

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, neglect, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised modification.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.

Making a claim

To make a warranty claim, email support@ozbuyzstore.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue, along with photos or video where possible. We handle claims on your behalf and will guide you through the process.
