Aimex Australia: Change of Mind Returns

At Aimex Australia, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have a change of mind, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Conditions

• Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Condition: Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all tags and seals intact.

• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns.

Fees Shipping

• Restocking Fee: All change of mind returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• Return Postage: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
