Usage
Ideal for home baking, sourdough, baguette-style loaves, and pastries: lightly flour the basket/lining, place the dough inside to proof, then turn out onto your baking surface. After use, clean by tapping out flour or brushing; you may also wipe with a damp cloth and let it dry completely before storing.
