How to Use

1. Trim: Cut along the cutting lines on the insole edges with scissors to fit your shoe size.

2. Power on: Press and hold the power/temperature button for 2 seconds to turn on. The indicator will flash, and the screen will display the current battery level.

3. Adjust temperature:

   • APP control: Turn on Bluetooth on your phone, open the APP, and use the temperature dial to set the desired temperature (40/50/60 degrees C). Different temperatures can be set for the left and right feet.

   • Button control: Press the power/temperature button to cycle through the three temperature levels: 40 degrees C, 50 degrees C, and 60 degrees C.

4. Power off: Press and hold the power/temperature button for 2 seconds. The indicator will turn off.

5. Charging: Insert the USB charging cable into the charging port on the side or end of the insole, and connect to a 5V 2A charger. The indicator will stay on when fully charged.

Usage Tips

• For first-time use, fully charge the battery.

• Do not use in humid environments or wash (if cleaning is needed, wipe gently with a damp cloth. Do not soak).

• Avoid using high-power chargers to prevent battery life reduction or safety hazards.

• When not in use for extended periods, store fully charged and recharge every 3 months to extend battery life.
